Accreditation to this important animal feed assurance scheme was obtained in September 2004. Carmean is also registered with DARDNI‡under Regulation (EC) 183/2005 The Feed (Hygiene and Enforcement)(Northern Ireland) Regulations 2005. Registration Number is GB NI/119.

Products for the agricultural, animal feed and poultry industries are as follows:
Agricultural Sector
- Agricultural lime: Size: 0/1 mm. Ground limestone is a natural source of calcium. Use it to lime fields to reduce acidity and add calcium. Available in bulk tipper loads.
- Limestone grit: Size: 2/4 mm. For the fertiliser industry. Used to make fertiliser preparations when coated with potash &c.
Animal Feed Sector
- Limestone flour: Size: 0/1 mm. A natural animal feed additive. Available in 25 kg bags, 1 tonne tote bag or bulk tanker loads.
- Limestone filler: Size: <0.063 mm in size. Ground limestone is used as an ingredient in animal feeds. Its finely ground size allows rapid assimilation.
Poultry Feed Sector
- Limestone granular: Size: 0.6 mm. For incorporation into poultry feeds. Available in 25 kg bags, 1 tonne bags or bulk tanker loads.
- Poultry grit: Size: 1/2 mm and 2/4 mm grades. Available in 25 kg bags or in bulk tanker loads.
- Pigeon grit: 2/4 mm. Available in 25 kg bags.
Other products stocked:
- Oyster shell grit: A premium pigeon or poultry grit. Available in 25 kg bags.
- Flint grit: Sizes: 1/2mm, 2/4mm or 4/6mm. A natural grit for poultry to aid gizzard action. Available in 25 kg bags.
