Our Quarry & Asphalt Division recently won the Energy Efficiency Award category of the Sustainable Ireland Energy, Environmental & Waste Management Awards 2008.
Organised by the Sustainable Ireland Magazine, the award, sponsored by Michelin, was in recognition of the Division's sterling effort in energy management which had returned significant cost savings.
The Division also were also runners-up in the Corporate and Social Responsibility and Carbon Reduction Plan of the Year categories of the QPANI Environmental Awards 2008.
