At the Considerate Constructors Scheme National Site Awards 2011 held in London on the 5th April 2011 Farrans' Teams picked up:
Darrell McGuckian Silver Award for Altnagelvin Hospital Phase 3.2b.
Andrew Connolly Bronze Award for the Belfast Streets Ahead Phase 1 Project.
Phillip Browne Bronze Award for the Normanhurst Fire Station.
